My name is Michelle and I am a very pretty brown tabby spot girl.  I was born outside with my sister Chatty Cathy (CC) and my brother, Giuseppe.  We all showed up in October, 2008.  Our Momma cat would come and go and she was the same Momma Cat to Weegee and Antonia.  We were trapped in January 13 because it was getting very cold outside.

My name is Michelle because when Momma called the county animal control to set up spay and neuter appointments for us, she had to come up with three names very quickly for the lady at the county.  There had been a story on Michelle Obama on the news and since Momma admires her, she decided to name me Michelle.   In the meantime, the very nice people at Care feline rescue called and arranged to have us come in for our surgeries.  I also have an ear nick.

Momma and Daddy decided I was too small to go outside, so I got to stay in.  I am very shy and don’t like to be picked up but Momma and Daddy have worked with me and I don’t run as much.

Eventually, Momma and Daddy trapped our Momma cat and she was pregnant and she was spayed.  She stayed with us for about a week in a cage and Momma and Daddy let her go on a Saturday.  She kind of hung around crying for us but when Miss Lois came out that night to feed her, she left and lives at Miss Lois’ house now.

I love it here and I like the special treatment I get because I am the most skittish one of the bunch.
